It has been way too long since I have been on this blog of mine. I was becoming so good at writing every week and writing everything that was going on in my life. After getting married, literally the most exciting part of my life, I slowly stopped writing on this space of mine. I am slowly trying to catch up on writing from this past year because it has been the best year of my life. Since it has been a while since I have written on here I figured I should introduce myself again.
Hi, I am Lexie! I am twenty years old and love documenting everything in life. I love documenting life by taking pictures and if I have time writing in my journal and writing on my blog. Last May, almost one year ago, I married my best friend and high school sweet heart Greyson Chamberlain. If you want to read about the best day of our lives you can find it here.
After we got married we were so lucky to go on a cruise through the Caribbean where we spent our first week of marriage together. During the summer we both worked very hard for our upcoming trip to teach English during the Fall semester. However, we love trips and being adventurous, so of course we had to take some trips for ourselves. During the summer we went to California and spent our days on the beach and at six flags, we went to our first concert to watch Shawn Mendes, we hiked every weekend, and we spent the Fourth of July in Blanding with my family.
After the best summer of our lives we packed everything up and moved to Mexico in the beginning of August. While we were there we taught school Monday-Friday to the cutest kids you will ever meet, we traveled every single weekend, ate so many tacos, went to the panaderia almost every single day, and always stopped at the market for strawberry horchata. Leaving Mexico was one of the hardest things we had to do, although it was so nice to be home we miss the kids more and more every day.
It was kind of weird getting back to real life, but it was much needed. When we got home my photography business took off and I decided to do it full time. To see more of my business click here. After spending Christmas with our families, we packed everything up and moved to Cedar City where we started school at Southern Utah University to start our bachelors. I am studying exercise science/nutrition and Greyson is studying finance. We both are kept super busy with studies and work, but we are loving every second of it.
And there you go, these are some things about my life. If you know me you know my husband and I do everything together and love almost all of the same things. So here is a little bit about us!
