senior ball

Another story about another dance. Any surprise there? I feel like I only write about dances anymore but they are always interesting, and I always take a lot of pictures... so they make for the perfect blog post.

This dance was a good one with one of my best friends Ben!

Me and my best friend slept over the night before, so that consisted in a very limited amount of sleep. We stayed up all night watching chick flicks (10 things I hate about you aka BEST MOVIE EVER). We had approximately three hours of sleep but we woke up to WAFFLES so all was well.

We got picked up and headed up to Brian Head for our day date. The drive up consisted of loud music, dancing, singing, and chocolate milk which obviously makes for the perfect drive. When we reached the mountain we went tubing. As we were tubing we tried to do our handshake down the slope which resulted in almost crashing MULTIPLE times. The times we did not try though, I definitely beat everyone in the race. Even though they would argue with that.

The rest of the day went just as well. Ate lunch at our 'typical' place, BRADS! You can never go wrong with some hamburger and fries. Oh, and while we were there we found some.. quarter machines! And we got some pretty dang sexy tattoos. We made them into tramp stamps (no worries they were fake mom). Also got some pretty sweet rings, you can call them our engagement rings, best friend rings whatever! hah

After we got home it was time for the stressful part of getting ready for the dance. Putting the boutonniere on. And trying to take a "normal picture" which was extremely hard for us, but we managed to get in a few. Afterwards, while everyone tried to decide where to eat we decided to ditch the group. We headed to random fast food places and took some random pictures. We got some really weird looks and comments but it made it all the more funny. Finally we headed to our last destination and guess what? we found quarter machines:) we got some rebel tattoos which described the day spot on hah.

We ate dinner at Sakura and I was not disappointed. I had only gotten sushi there (which it has some of the best sushi) but this time I decided to change it up a bit. Still amazing!

The dance was fun and after the dance was even better because we ended the night with my favorite movie! 10 things I hate about you.. I KNOW I AM OBSESSED!

Senior ball was definitely one to remember. Had some of my best friends in my group, and met some new people that I would have never really met otherwise. Dances always are a win win. As you can see they were all pretty jealous of my 50 cent engagement ring;) just kidding but all of our pictures showing off our rings will forever be my favorite. Until next time! Which may just be another dance again, maybe. I would not be surprised.
